Black Women's Executive Pathway is an Atlanta-based executive education provider that offers an executive training program customized for professional Black women in corporate America.
Our engaging, in-person events are hosted and taught by an innovative team of highly qualified Black female executives with years of corporate experience. By teaching an executive framework for Black women along with practical techniques, we enable attendees to chart their own paths to success.
Ultimately, our passion is to increase the representation of Black women in the executive ranks of corporate America.
The Black Women’s Executive Pathway (BWEP) consists of 4 interactive, in-person sessions held in the Atlanta metro area. We carefully selected both the locations and module content to ensure the efficacy of the overall experience.
You are the product you must sell to achieve your career goals. You must be able to articulate the unique value you will bring to executive leadership. This module guides participants through the foundational work of 360° self-evaluation and reflection, with an emphasis on your definition of who you are. If you don’t define yourself, others will do it for you.
What you believe guides your actions, and previous experiences can greatly affect what you believe about yourself. The shift from middle management to executive leadership requires faith to make bold moves and decisions and position yourself for success, particularly for African American women. In this module, participants will identify internal and external forces affecting their career strategy.
The compatibility of your value proposition and the culture of your organization largely determine your professional yield. This module explores how to evaluate the organization’s culture before being hired. This module introduces an assessment tool that makes culture more visible so you can select not only a job but fertile ground for your career growth.
Sponsors can completely alter your career trajectory. They are your behind-the-doors champion, air cover provider, and credit voucher. The question is often asked, “How do I find a sponsor?” Well, you don’t find sponsors; they find you. This module shares Level Up tips and techniques to attract game-changing sponsors.
